Demo notice. Aura Gadgets is a fictional demonstration store operated by Aura Commerce LLC to showcase the SwissCRM checkout experience. No real orders are processed and no payments are captured. The policies below are illustrative samples.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Aura Gadgets, operated by Aura Commerce LLC ("Aura Gadgets", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The merchant

This store and the products sold on it are offered by Aura Commerce LLC, the merchant of record. Aura Commerce LLC is solely responsible for the products, fulfillment, and customer service associated with your order.

2. Purchase policy

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues).
By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the order total, including shipping and taxes, to your selected payment method.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Shipping & delivery timelines

Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
Express shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments on this store are provided by and powered by SwissCRM. Card transactions are processed securely and encrypted through SwissCRM. SwissCRM acts as the payment technology and processing provider; it is not the seller or merchant of record. Payment processing is additionally governed by the applicable Merchant Processing Agreement and associated agreements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Commerce LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products, beyond the amount paid for the order.
